This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a public document by the Site Administrator ("Administrator") and governs the use of the Administrator’s website by visitors ("Visitor"), including the collection, processing, storage, and other use of information obtained from Visitors. The Administrator may modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice.
By submitting any information related to an identified or identifiable individual ("Personal Data"), the Visitor confirms they have read and agreed to this Agreement. The Visitor grants the Administrator full consent to process such data.
The Administrator guarantees that Personal Data will be processed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" (Russia).
Prohibited Data: Visitors must not provide irrelevant information, including but not limited to: health status, intimate life, ethnicity, religion, political/philosophical views, commercial/bank secrets, or other confidential data.
Data Use: Personal Data will be used solely for:
- Marketing, advertising, and informational purposes;
- Visitor analytics/research;
- Provision of goods/services (whether or not offered on the site).
Marketing Consent: Under Article 18(1) of the Federal Law "On Advertising", the Visitor consents to receive promotional messages via provided contact details.
Liability:
- The Visitor is solely responsible for any legal violations while using the site.
- The Administrator is not liable for the Visitor’s unlawful actions or mismatched expectations.
- The Visitor indemnifies third parties for any rights infringement caused by their site use.
The Administrator reserves the right to restrict site access if justified by law.
